BUILD A
PROFESSIONAL INDIAN RESUME
The case of an
Indian resume
The
interviewer doesn’t know you. He hasn’t met you ever. He has a task of adding a
good team member who knows his work well. The only reference document to know you better
is your CV/resume.
You
must understand they have a time limit under which they have to scrutinize every
resume that enters their system. They do have very basic filters for rejection
so that they can focus on relevant candidates and understand their profile.
The
window of opportunity that every candidate have is generally not utilized by
most of them. Copy and paste is not the option when you are serious about clinching
a job and not just applying for it.
Read
these pointers. Read them again. Tally it with your resume. And keep improving
till you have an honest favorable answer.
Have
you made your most important document friendly enough to help the selector
understand your area of expertise and sound impressive enough to be shortlisted
at the screening stage?
Be ahead in
